Through outsourcing, we have provided internal audit services to various clients. Our role and objective as internal auditor is to assist management to attest to its governance role and achieve sound internal control over all aspects of operations. These audits require us to obtain a clear understanding of the internal control environment and the nature of the financial transactions as well as the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
